Cadence’s beloved Dinner Club returns for a one-night celebration of Chef Haley Duren’s lifelong love for New Mexican cuisine. Growing up in a place where chile is a way of life, Haley brings the bold, sun-soaked flavors of her heritage to an intimate, six-course menu that tells a story of spice, warmth, and home.
