The evening celebrates transformation and simplicity, the way a single root can become something endlessly surprising.

A Haitian-Inspired Dinner
Cadence’s Dinner Club returns with a deeply personal Haitian-inspired menu from Sous Chef Deangelo Suazo. This intimate evening is a tribute to Deangelo’s late father, who was of Dominican and Haitian descent.
While his Haitian heritage was rarely acknowledged growing up, his father’s passing sparked a desire to reconnect with that part of his identity. This dinner is his way of honoring that legacy: through memory, flavor, and storytelling.
Created in collaboration with Executive Chef Haley Duren, the menu celebrates the bold, soulful spirit of Haitian cuisine while reflecting Deangelo’s journey of rediscovery.
As Cadence prepares to close its doors, this is one of our final Dinner Club events. We invite you to join us for a night of meaningful connection, vibrant dishes, and cultural celebration.
