Chef Haley Duren invites you to gather around the table for eight generous courses that reimagine holiday favorites with Cadence’s signature touch: 

THE MENU

Chive & Sour Cream Dinner Rolls: served with butter

Wedge Salad: shiitake bacon, blue cheese dressing, buffalo relish

(Allergens: soy, allium, nightshade, capsicum)


Stuffing Balls: served over mashed potatoes & white wine gravy

Green Bean Casserole: mushroom gravy, crispy shallots

(Allergens: allium, coconut, mushrooms)


Green Chile Mac & Cheese: white cheddar bechamel, NM hatch green chile, lager

Japanese Candied Yams: served with torched miso meringue

Southern Fried Lasagna: soy mushroom bolognese, tofu ricotta

Pecan Pie: served with whipped cream and bourbon caramel
