A Sweet Potato Celebration · October 29
Chef Haley Duren invites you to gather for a warm, communal harvest dinner devoted entirely to one of the most expressive ingredients on earth: the sweet potato. Through six thoughtful courses, its many forms and textures come to life: roasted, crisped, puréed, and everything in between.
The evening celebrates transformation and simplicity, the way a single root can become something endlessly surprising.
